BURN
BURN is a 45-60minute session that uses rowers, assault bikes, sleds, kettle bells, slam balls, TRX straps, etc to get you into your fat burning and cardiovascular heart rate zones! This high intensity interval training (HIIT) format will push even the best athletes, and can easily be modified to fit everyone’s fitness abilities.

CYCLE FIT
This indoor cycle class is lead with high energy and fantastic music that will make an hour fly by. Cheri Bates has been instructing indoor cycling for 9 years and is a 5 time Ironman finisher as well as an accomplished cyclist. She brings all her knowledge of form and how-to to this one of a kind class. This class emphasizes two things: form and team work. You will quickly feel like you are part of something bigger than just a cardio cycling class. As you work through this hour of interval work, you will hear personal stories of triumph, along with hilarious life lessons that are certain to help you make a permanent change in your life.
